Lauren Krueger has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lauren started their career at the Heritage Farmstead Museum in 2012, where they worked as a Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, they managed paperwork and follow-up for new volunteers, scheduled volunteers for museum programs, and organized volunteer recognition events.
In 2012, Lauren also worked at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science as a Membership Assistant Manager. Lauren updated the program database, addressed member inquiries, and ensured the accuracy of member information.
Lauren then moved on to work at IFMA, starting as a Membership Coordinator in 2013. Lauren executed and monitored various membership-related plans and reports. After that, they served as a Senior Manager, Membership, where they oversaw the engagement, recruitment, and retention of over 23,000 members.
Their roles at IFMA continued to evolve, and they became a Strategic Account Manager in 2016. In this position, they developed and managed strategic plans and initiatives, including the integration of IFMA with RICS. Lauren also successfully transitioned to a new learning management system.
In 2017, Lauren took on the role of Director of Professional Growth, where they provided strategic leadership for IFMA's credentials and continuing education programs. Lauren also spearheaded business development and global opportunities through license agreements.
Lastly, in 2019, Lauren became the Director of Sales Operations at IFMA, although the end date for this position is not provided.
Lauren Krueger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2006 to 2010. Lauren later obtained a Master of Arts degree in Museology/Museum Studies from The Johns Hopkins University from 2013 to 2015.
