Micah O'Dell

Micah O'Dell, CFM, SFP, FMP, has extensive experience in facilities management and real estate appraisal. Currently serving as Facilities Operations Senior Manager at Fannie Mae since July 2005, Micah oversees over 1.4 million square feet of corporate office space in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Micah holds a leadership role on the Americas Advisory Board for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and serves as the Immediate Past-President of the IFMA Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter, empowering local facility professionals. Prior to these roles, Micah was a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser at O'Dell Appraisal Company and gained early experience in the floor covering industry through various positions at Adventures, Inc. Education includes studies at the University of Texas at Arlington and Tulsa Community College.
