ifmera academy is a trusted partner for professional effectiveness. Since 1993, we have supported individuals and organizations in translating knowledge into tangible action — in the workplace, during periods of change, and across the labour market.

Founded as IFM Institute for Management Consulting, we bring together more than 30 years of experience in professional continuing education. Around 20 employees at our main locations in Berlin and Potsdam work closely with an international network of more than 400 experts from business and academia to make skills development truly effective.

People are at the heart of ifmera academy. Our employees, trainers, coaches, consultants, and partners contribute diverse experiences, generations, perspectives, and areas of expertise. As a member of the Diversity Charter, we are committed to creating a working and learning environment in which different biographies, skills, and perspectives are welcomed and valued.

Our portfolio comprises more than 600 seminars, publicly funded continuing education programmes, training courses, coaching, and consulting services — delivered in person, live online, in English, or tailored to individual needs. With 12 locations across the DACH region and Europe, we provide continuing education wherever it is needed. What sets us apart is our daily ability to shift perspectives between business and the labour market. This enables us to create market-relevant formats, provide personal guidance, and deliver continuing education that creates real impact.
