Mathieu NOWAKOWSKI

Mathieu NOWAKOWSKI has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and engineering. Mathieu is a Software Engineer with expertise in robotics for autonomous localization. From 2022, they have been working at iFollow - Autonomous Mobile Robots. Prior to this, they worked at SoftBank Robotics Europe from 2016 to 2022, where they held the role of Software Engineer and also pursued their PhD in Mines ParisTech. Their PhD research focused on localization of humanoid robots in non-constrained indoor environments and involved the development of a software solution for SLAM tasks for Pepper robots. Mathieu has also contributed to scientific publications during this time. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Trainee at Safran Morpho in 2015 and as a Trainee at Laboratoire de Modélisation Mathématique et Numérique (M2N) du CNAM in 2014.
