Bruna Zamith

Bruna Zamith is a PhD candidate at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), currently focusing on Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) techniques for time series analysis. Previously, Bruna earned a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), where they conducted research in Bioinformatics and Machine Learning, resulting in the publication of five papers. With experience as an Applied Data Scientist II at Amazon, Bruna has contributed to the development of Machine Learning models to enhance operations and customer experience. They also have a strong foundation in Computer Science/Engineering and multilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
