Joana Barczinski

Joana Barczinski is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior People Development Specialist at iFood since August 2024, Joana previously held multiple HR leadership roles at Zoop from September 2021 to September 2024, including HR Lead for Learning, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and DE&I. Joana's earlier tenure at L'Oréal from 2016 to 2021 encompassed roles such as HR Business Partner for L'Oréal Luxe and Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst, with a focus on employer branding and young talent initiatives. Joana began their career as a Recruiter at Fesa Global Executive Search and 2GET Executive Search. Joana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
