Leonardo Roso

Leonardo Roso is a seasoned professional in growth and commercial planning, currently serving as Gerente de Growth e Planejamento Comercial at iFood since March 2022, following a series of senior coordinator roles in growth, demand planning, and supply chain management. Prior experiences include positions at Dexco, GPA, and Lojas Americanas, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating supply chain operations to demand planning. Leonardo began a career in the industrial sector as an intern at Michelin and served as a physics monitor at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, a leadership program from Harvard Business School, and negotiation training from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UERJ.
