Rogerio A. Queiros

Rogerio A. Queiros is a seasoned professional in customer experience and technology management, currently serving as the CX Partner Experience Manager at iFood since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Experience Operations Manager at Banco Bradesco, where responsibilities encompassed technology project management and serving as Product Owner for financial education initiatives. Rogerio has also worked at TOTVS as Customer Experience Product Owner, driving software development for customer success metrics and integrations. As CEO and Co-Founder of Celebrate Club, a startup focused on digital loyalty and gift cards, Rogerio demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen.
