Mélanie Falcon is currently the Directrice de clientèle quali at GROUPE IFOP since 2024. Previously, Mélanie served as Directrice d'études quali at Strategir from 2021 to 2024 and has developed a strong expertise in sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, mobility, transport, and media. With foundational experience at CSA as a Senior and Junior Qualitative Research Executive, Mélanie began their career as an intern in qualitative research. Mélanie holds a Master's degree in International People Management from ESCE and is pursuing additional studies in International Business and Management at Berkeley College and Universidad de Salamanca.
