John Dulac

John Dulac is a seasoned professional in energy technology and policy, currently serving as the Group Climate Change Manager at Saint-Gobain since June 2022 and as a University Lecturer at IFP Energies nouvelles since May 2017. Previous roles include Clean Energy Finance Analyst at OECD-OCDE, where assistance was provided to emerging economies in clean energy finance, and lecturer at Sciences Po focusing on energy efficiency policy. John has extensive experience in various capacities at the International Energy Agency, including as Buildings Sector Lead, where significant contributions were made to energy demand analysis and policy development. Additionally, experience includes consulting for the Asian Development Bank and roles at The Brookings Institution and the United Nations Environment Programme. Education comprises a Master of International Affairs in Sustainable Urban Development and Environment Policy and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/French from Tufts University.
