Ezzeddine Baassiri

Ezzeddine Baassiri, MCIArb, is the founder of Baassiri Law Firm, established in June 2012, specializing in Business and Corporate law, including Banking, Telecommunication, Insurance, and International Commercial Arbitration. Ezzeddine has extensive experience in counseling clients across the Mena region, particularly in Lebanon, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Egypt, handling major mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. In addition to the law firm, Ezzeddine serves as Special Counsel at the Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center since April 2023, and as Regional Partner at Legal Bodies LLC since December 2020. Further responsibilities include legal counseling for the AUB-Knowledge to Policy Center, Actel, and IFP Group, along with previous roles such as Executive Board Member at the International Arbitration Center at Beirut Bar Association and Legal Counselor for Jubaili Bros. Ezzeddine holds a Diploma in Laws with a focus on International Dispute Resolution from the University of London and postgraduate and bachelor's degrees in Law from Al-Jâmi'ah Al-Lubnaniya.
