Paula Barbosa

Paula Barbosa is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in vaccine policy and advocacy. Currently serving as Associate Director for Vaccine Policy at IFPMA since December 2016, Paula has held roles including Head of Influenza Policy and Advocacy and Vaccines Policy Manager. Prior experience includes positions at GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines as Global Project Manager and Global Marketing Associate, as well as a Marketing Assistant role at Almirall. Early career experience includes working as a pharmacist in a Community Pharmacy. Paula holds a Master of Science in Global Health Policy from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Universidade do Porto.
