Cécile Nys

Cécile Nys is a Project Coordinator at IFREMER for the Prep4Blue project, overseeing a €4.9 million budget and collaborating with 17 partners across 8 European countries from June 2022 to May 2025. Previously, Cécile held various roles related to marine data and project management, including Project Officer for EMODnet, Project Engineer at OceanScope, and Assistant Manager for the Ocean Data Cluster at IFREMER. Cécile has also been involved in international relations as the Vice-President Overseas of the AIGx Alumni Association. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Bioengineering, an MSc in Agricultural Engineering, and project management training, showcasing expertise in marine sciences, stakeholder engagement, and data management.
