Joseph Roush

Joseph Roush has extensive experience in the coatings and paint industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at IFS Powder Coatings, Inc. since August 2012. Their roles have included Continuous Improvement Manager, Bonding Manager, and Production Manager, where Joseph has effectively led projects and teams while focusing on quality and process improvement. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Research and Development Chemist at Diamond Vogel Paints, where Joseph successfully initiated an in-house bonding process and managed project development and quality control efforts. Their career also includes a position as a Quality Control Chemist at Colgate Palmolive, where Joseph played a key role in the implementation of new laboratory instrumentation and quality systems. Joseph began their career in the field as a Quality Control Chemist at Analytical Products Group, having earned a BA in Chemistry from South Dakota State University.
