Davianne Marte has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010 as an Intern at Wignall Animal Hospital, where they prepared medical charts and medical forms for veterinarians. In 2011, they worked as a Finance Intern at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, making copies of checks and patient payments, opening and distributing mail, and maintaining daily excel spreadsheets for individual sites' revenue. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Boston University as a Computer Assistant/Programmer and Student Operator, removing print jobs from the printers and giving them to the corresponding students, removing paper jams, restocking paper, filing, and using the operating system to keep track of jobs processing, printing, and jobs in the queue. Davianne also served as the South Campus RHA Executive Board Treasurer, in charge of managing a $15,000 budget for the student organization. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Harte Hanks as a Billing Specialist / Accounts Receivable, responsible for accounts receivable, account reconciliations, collections, and invoicing, as well as balancing G/L accounts at month end and running agings and getting statements to customers. During this time, they also worked as a Design Intern at The Poetry Game, revamping and redesigning the cards and box for the card game start-up. Since 2021, they have been employed at Operix as a Customer Experience Specialist I, providing technical support to customers for the product Sage Service Operations/Sage Field Operations/Tech Tool for any issues, questions, server migrations, and installation of the program. Davianne also has light experience with using Sage Intacct, Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 CRE. Davianne communicates with customers via emailed tickets through Zendesk, answering phone calls using 3CX, and joining virtual meetings.
