Ilene Tatroe

Ilene Tatroe has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Ilene began their career in 1997 as an Instructional Designer/Technical Editor at PSDI. In 1998, they moved to Kronos where they held various roles, including Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Technical Writer/Senior Technical Writer. In 2012, they joined Aspect Software as a Product Manager, where they led the definition of product strategy and release requirements for quality management and speech analytics. Ilene then moved to BullsEye Resources in 2014, where they worked as a Conference Analyst, writing executive summary documents on topics such as SaaS, Cloud, Windows 10 migrations, database best practices, application security, and ransomware and malware. Most recently, they began working as a Product Manager at Operix in 2021.

Ilene Tatroe holds an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Ilene also holds an MA in Journalism from New York University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1994. Her undergraduate degree is a BA in English & American Literature from Brandeis University, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. In addition, Ilene Tatroe holds a CSPO from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2008. Ilene also holds two Certified Product Manager certifications, one from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management and one from Pragmatic Marketing.
