Rich Haigh

Rich Haigh serves as the Vice President of Analytics & Operations at Operix since May 2025 and has been the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Lever since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Rich held various leadership positions in revenue strategy and operations, including Vice President at Employ and Director of Sales & Business Operations at Carbonite + Webroot at Opentext. Rich's extensive experience at Carbonite also included roles in business analytics and sales operations, as well as financial analysis. Early career experience includes financial analyst positions at EMC and a production assistant role at Z-Medica, where contributions were made to the development of a critical medical product. Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and has completed management development and finance programs at Carbonite and Babson College.
