Pilar de la Torre

Pilar de la Torre is a co-founder of Instituto IFS Madrid, established in January 2019, where transformative evidence-based psychotherapy is offered to help individuals access and heal their inner protective and wounded parts. Previously, Pilar served as the founding director of the Instituto de Comunicación No Violenta from January 2010 to November 2018. Pilar's education includes various certifications and degrees in psychology, including a Certified Trainer in Internal Family Systems from IFS Institute, a Therapist in Psychology from IFS Institute, training in Sociocracy and Restorative Circles from Sociogest, and training in Nonviolent Communication from the Center for NonViolent Communication. Additionally, Pilar holds degrees in Gestalt psychotherapy and psychoanalysis from institutions in Brussels and Paris, as well as a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
