Bathiya Lakmal Priyadarshana

Bathiya Lakmal Priyadarshana is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at IFS since January 2025. Previously, Bathiya held the position of Director of Engineering & Operations at Circles.Life from January 2023 to December 2024, and was associated with Wiley as a Senior Manager and Software Engineering Manager focused on Data Analytics and Insights from August 2020 to January 2023. Bathiya's career includes significant roles at PickMe as Chief Architect for Big Data and Data Science, and at Zone24x7, where multiple titles were held, including Architect and Senior Manager in Big Data and Data Science. Earlier experience includes a lecturing position at SLIIT and various engineering roles at Zone24x7. Bathiya holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a B.Sc Specializing in Information Technology with First Class Honours from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
