Dilshan Aththanayake

Dilshan Aththanayake is a skilled Systems Engineer currently enhancing IFS applications at IFS since December 2022, specializing in implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades in both on-premises and cloud environments. Previously, Dilshan contributed to Sri Lanka Telecom from May 2021 to December 2022, managing BSS Application support and Siebel CRM, ensuring functional responsibility, and coordinating with vendors. Experience also includes a role as Senior Executive Engineer at Dialog Axiata PLC and engineering trainee positions at Ceylon Electricity Board and the Division of Biomedical Engineering Services. Dilshan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Communications and Information Engineering from the University of Peradeniya. Additional education includes ongoing studies at ESOFT Metro Campus.
