Fred Glover

Fred Glover serves as a Client Director at IFS since September 2015, overseeing the complete project life cycle and ensuring projects deliver maximum customer value through efficient resource utilization. Fred is also the Founder and Process Improvement Program Manager at Process Improvement Program Management Leaders in Austin, where responsibilities include networking, research, and industry engagement. Previous roles include Logistics Program Planning and Strategy Project Manager at Adecco Group, Senior Support Consultant at YourEncore, and various leadership positions at Boeing, where Fred led several functional teams, established ISO-certified sites, and contributed technical expertise in aerospace. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aerospace from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an Associate's degree in Aviation Technology from San Bernardino Valley College.
