George Phelps

George Phelps is a Solutions Architect at IFS, specializing in manufacturing, planning, quality, and document management modules. They have extensive experience as an ERP and manufacturing consultant, having previously held managerial roles at various companies, including Materials Manager at Rubbercraft and Delco Remy International, and MIS Manager at Libralter Plastics, where they implemented critical ERP systems. George has also contributed to academic programs as Director of the MAPS Program at Lawrence Technological University, focusing on shop floor training. They hold an MBA from Wayne State University and are pursuing a B.A. in Humanities from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, George operates in a semi-retired capacity, providing contract consulting services.
