Giselle Bou Ghanem

Giselle Bou Ghanem, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Marketing for APJ-MEA at IFS since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in marketing and product leadership from previous roles at Avaya, where positions included Vice President of Marketing and Global Director of Product Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Associate VP of Customer Experience & Digital Apps at Emirates NBD and Director of Sales at Connect IT - Libatel Group. Additionally, Giselle has a substantial background in software development, having worked as Software Development Manager and Engineer at Libatel. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Service Design Masterclass from the Royal College of Art, along with a degree from Ecole superieure d'ingenieurs de beyrouth. Giselle also contributed to academia as a Professor at Universite saint Joseph from September 2007 to February 2013.
