Magnus Johansson

Magnus Johansson is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in Human Capital Management, currently serving as a Lead Consultant at IFS since February 2018, where responsibilities include project management, implementation methodology, HR-data management, and digital transformation. Prior to IFS, Magnus worked at Benify for over a decade in various roles, including Senior Consultant and Head of Partner Payment Process, focusing on business process improvement, cash flow optimization, and service development. Earlier career highlights include a role as Account Manager at Komet, contributing to the startup's launch in staffing and recruitment, and a lecture on consumer law stemming from a Bachelor's thesis presented to the Swedish Consumer Agency. Education includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Örebro University and a Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence from Karlstad University.
