Previously, Manoj held the position of Sr. Director of International Operations for Professional Services at Pegasystems, managing $120M in services revenue and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. With a strong background at TIBCO Software Inc. and F5 Networks, Manoj has demonstrated expertise in performance management, financial governance, and strategic execution, supported by an ACCA qualification in Accounting and Finance.
