Methmi Gamage

Methmi Gamage currently serves as Partner Center Manager at IFS, focusing on the Microsoft Strategic Partnership since August 2025. Prior to this role, Methmi was an Assistant Manager for People Insights at LSEG, where responsibilities included enabling HR access to insights and ensuring workforce reporting accuracy. Methmi also held the position of Service Management Analyst at LSEG, contributing to incident management, service reporting, and communication with infrastructure teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Science Nestern at Nestlé Lanka, where Methmi developed a Supply Chain KPI dashboard, and an Information Technology Intern at INQUBE GLOBAL, leading the implementation of an ERP system. Methmi earned a degree in Management and Information Technology with a focus on Business Systems Engineering from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, in 2021.
