Mohamed Mustafa

Mohamed Mustafa has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering for the CRM group at IFS since 2017, Mohamed has successfully expanded the team's size and improved the release cadence of product features. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked as a Software Architect at mplSystems, where a core product was rebranded following its acquisition by IFS. Mohamed's career includes notable positions such as Principal Software Development Engineer at both mplSystems and The Message Pad, where responsibilities included architectural design and system development. Mohamed's early career included roles at Avaya, Telsis, and Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, focusing on real-time communications and telecommunications systems. Mohamed holds a BSc Hons in Computing & Microelectronics from Oxford Brookes University.
