Sally Knill

Sally Knill currently serves as the Global Head of Reward at IFS, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Sally was the Reward Lead for Enabling Functions at AstraZeneca and held key HR roles focused on reward and compensation across various organizations including FNZ Group, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Victrex. Notable achievements include leading HR M&A activity at FNZ Group, delivering comprehensive reward operations to the EMEA region at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and developing global reward strategies at PZ Cussons. Sally also has substantial experience in European Total Compensation from Kelloggs and HR management in Japan at Intel. Educational qualifications include an Honorary Fellowship in International Reward from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a degree from Buckinghamshire New University.
