Stephen Jeffs-Watts is an experienced professional in product strategy and business application delivery, currently serving as SVP of Asset & Service Applications - R&D at IFS since February 2007. With over a decade of expertise, Stephen leads the product organization for IFS Cloud solutions, focusing on Service Management and Field Service Management, among others. Prior roles include VP of Service Management, Senior Advisor for Service Management, and Pre-Sales Consultant, with a strong emphasis on customer value and best-in-class service lifecycle capabilities. Stephen's previous experience includes senior consulting positions at Deloitte UK and Alan Dick & Co Ltd, and a degree in Computing in Business from The University of Huddersfield.
