Thilina Dissanayake

Thilina Dissanayake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support operations and cloud services management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Support Operations at IFS since May 2021, Thilina oversees global project rollouts and service readiness initiatives, reporting directly to the Vice President. Prior to this, managerial roles at IFS included responsibilities in cloud services project improvements and leading a 30-member operational support team recognized for outstanding performance. Thilina has also worked with Brandix managing on-premises and cloud data center operations, and has held positions in Axiata Digital Labs, Virtusa, Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka, and Dialog Axiata PLC, accumulating a wealth of expertise in telecommunications, infrastructure support, and operational management. Thilina holds an Associate's Degree in Information & Communication Technology and is experienced in implementing strategic improvements across various technical environments.
