Yasemin Utku

Yasemin Utku is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as CFO of ESM at IFS since March 2023. With prior experience as CFO at Yandex from May 2013 to January 2017 and Finance Director at Software AG from September 2004 to May 2013, Yasemin has extensive expertise in revenue recognition, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, accounting (IFRS and statutory), treasury, legal, HR, facility, and IT management. Additionally, Yasemin worked as an Audit Supervisor at BDO Denet from 1999 to 2004, focusing on audits across various industries in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and CMB, and preparing reporting packages for international companies. Yasemin holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
