Subhayan Dey

Subhayan Dey is an Associate Product Manager at Innovaccer focusing on Payers: Risk & Quality since June 2025. Subhayan co-founded IFSA IIT Kharagpur in November 2023, collaborating with venture capitalists and financial advisory firms to create hands-on learning experiences for students, successfully completing three projects within two months. As a founding team member at GoldFib Capital, Subhayan is actively involved in hiring initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Zephyr Management, L.P. in investment related to Climate Smart Agriculture and Manufacturing, and as an Investment Associate at Campus Fund, which supports student entrepreneurs. Subhayan has also worked with WhiteOak Capital as an Investment Analyst focusing on public equity and impact investing. Leadership roles include serving as Coordinator for SPIC MACAY at IIT KGP and organizing the Inter IIT Cultural Meet. Subhayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with previous education at Delhi Public School, Ruby Park, and South Point High School, Kolkata.
