Jennifer McKibben

Jennifer McKibben is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce administration and student services within the study abroad sector. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at The Institute for Study Abroad since January 2016, Jennifer has significantly improved operational efficiency by leading a ticket audit and conducting training sessions to showcase Salesforce features. Previous roles at the same institute included Assistant Director of Student Services and Program Advisor, where Jennifer managed and advised over 700 students annually in study abroad programs across Latin America and Spain. Additionally, Jennifer has a strong background in translation and education, with a Master's Degree in English-Spanish Translation from Universidad Nacional and a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University.
