Jessica Auxier, PHR, GPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the AVP of Global Human Resources at The Institute for Study Abroad since August 2018, Jessica oversees recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee relations for a diverse team across 20 countries. Previous roles include change management for SAP S/4 HANA at Delta Faucet Company, where Jessica also drove core HR processes, and senior HRIS analyst at Ingersoll Rand, recognized with multiple President’s Awards for significant contributions. Jessica began their career with an HR internship at Delta Faucet Company and holds an MBA from Butler University and a BS in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, the Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) was founded in 1988 as a provider of study abroad programming for U.S. undergraduates. The organization has preserved its foundational commitment to providing high-quality study abroad opportunities with integrated academic guidance and individualized support to foster student success.
