Marcino Waas

Marcino Waas is the founder and CEO of IFT Group. Marcino has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business development and strategic projects. Prior to IFT Group, they were the managing director and founder of satu.io, which was acquired by Indocyber Group in 2019. Marcino also served as the VP of Business Development & Strategic Projects at PT. Indocyber Global Technology and as a lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.

Marcino Waas received their education from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and has various certifications from the Institute for the Future, Project Management Institute, Oracle, Coaching Indonesia, and Coursera. Marcino is a certified professional coach and specializes in people analytics.
