Emil Sierczynski

Emil Sierczynski is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Investment Director at IFU since January 2019, responsible for managing investments throughout the entire process, including sourcing, deal structuring, and exit planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Investment Manager at DLG, where key contributions were made in executing major strategy and M&A projects, and as an Assistant to the Executive Board, focusing on transforming the company into a cohesive group. Earlier roles include Political Consultant at AutoBranchen Danmark, where advisory support was provided on public affairs, and a political affairs trainee at the Royal Danish Embassy in Tel Aviv. Emil holds a Master's Degree in International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, alongside several business diplomas and a BSc in International Business & Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
