Tom van Tighem

Tom Van Tighem has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom worked at IG Wealth Management from 2005 to the present, starting as a Regional Director and later becoming the Senior Vice President of Financial Services. In their current role, they are responsible for the development and leadership of Private Wealth Management, providing support for high net worth client cases and business practice development for advisers. Tom also served on the Board of Directors for Enviros Child and Family Services Foundation from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at Southern Bank Berhad from 2001 to 2005.

Tom Van Tighem pursued their education with the University of Calgary from 1977 to 1982, during which they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. In 1984 to 1985, they attended Lethbridge College to study Environmental Science, although they did not acquire a specific degree from this institution.
