Fern Ashby

Fern Ashby is an experienced User Experience Researcher currently employed at IG Group since April 2022, having previously held the position of Junior User Experience Researcher. Prior to this role, Fern worked at Mercer as an Administrator from July 2019 to February 2022 and served as a Cyber & Behavioural Science Researcher and PMO at Lloyds Banking Group from November 2017 to May 2019. Additional experience includes part-time retail work at Irish Clothing UK and a summer position in Pensions Payroll at JLT Group. Fern's volunteer background includes over a decade of leadership as a Team Leader for North Surrey AFASIC, guiding young people with speech and language difficulties. Fern holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester and a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Coventry University.
