Harvey Lawrence

Harvey Lawrence is an experienced professional in the fintech sector, currently serving as the Head of T&O Platform Transformation at IG Group since January 2025, where a customer service AI agent was implemented across 26 countries, achieving a 30% initial deflection rate. Previously, as the Head of Data at Pillar from January 2022 to January 2025, Harvey was a founding member and built an in-house Decision Engine using Python, designed cloud data architecture in GCP, and successfully oversaw credit policy authorisation. Earlier in the career, Harvey was the Lead Analyst at AccountScore, an Open Banking analytics firm acquired by Equifax, where contributions included building data categorisation engines and leading product development. Harvey began the journey at AccountScore as the first data analyst, creating complex categorisation models. Educationally, Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
