Lexie Newnham

Lexie Newnham is a global strategic DEI leader with over 10 years of experience in building inclusive cultures and driving organizational change. Currently, Lexie serves as the Inclusion & Engagement Lead at IG Group, having previously led global culture and inclusion initiatives at SSP Group plc. At SSP, Lexie developed the award-winning 'Belong' strategy, resulting in measurable cultural transformations. Lexie also held various roles at MVF, culminating in the position of Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement, where they implemented data-driven inclusion strategies that significantly enhanced engagement and employer branding. Lexie holds a degree in History and Politics from The University of Reading.
