Tom Barham

Tom Barham is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at IG since January 2018. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at QBE Europe, where support was provided to the front office businesses of International Markets and Global Reinsurance. Tom contributed to the Banking Standards Review as a member of Sir Richard Lambert’s team, focusing on promoting high standards in banking. Additionally, Tom worked at RBS Markets & International Banking in various HRBP roles, partnering with diverse functions, including HR, Communications & Marketing, Legal, and the Global Risk Function. Tom began their career as an HR Officer with the NHS after completing an MSc in Management with Human Resources from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Sheffield.
