Thiago Silva

Thiago Silva is a seasoned professional in infrastructure investment, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Infrastructure at IG4 Capital since 2022, where the firm focuses on infrastructure, private equity, and private credit investments in Latin America. Previously, Thiago held various roles at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from 2008 to 2021, including Director for both Europe and Latin America, leading infrastructure investment strategies. Additional experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at Birmingham International Airport and Koole Terminals, as well as working with Brookfield Asset Management in M&A and private equity. Thiago's earlier roles include Controller and Planning Manager at Braskem and a financial analyst position with the same company. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and an Industrial Engineering degree from FEI - Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial.
