Walter Susini is a seasoned marketing and business transformation expert currently serving as a Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi and a Non-Executive Director at Velvet CARE sp. z o.o. Since founding Samarcanda Ventures LLP in July 2023, Walter has provided consultancy to global CEOs and CMOs, focusing on marketing transformation and digital innovation. Walter holds senior advisory roles at McKinsey & Company and IG4 Capital and is a Partner at Akha Ventures, supporting entrepreneurs in developing sustainable products. Previous positions include Chief Marketing Officer for Europe at The Coca-Cola Company and President of mcgarrybowen, where Walter led major campaigns for high-profile clients.
