Monique Luccon

Monique Luccon is a seasoned professional in human resources and industrial relations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the South Australian Independent Retailers and a Committee Member for IGA Supermarkets, Monique has held leadership roles including Director and Business Owner at The SCC Group, Chief People Officer, and Group People & Culture Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Workskil Australia as Human Resources Manager and Specialist, and an extensive tenure at the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association as an Industrial Relations Case Manager and WHS Officer.
