Under Graeme's guidance, GEF has formalized its service offerings into new verticals such as Transportation and International Development. Noteworthy achievements include recognition as "Business Transformation Experts of the Year - Ontario" in 2019, multiple nominations by CIOReview for business architecture excellence, and contributions as an industry expert advisor in procurement. Additionally, Graeme has played pivotal roles in establishing GEF's Business & Financial Services vertical, enhancing Healthcare services, and serving in various advisory capacities for multiple organizations, including the Ontario Energy Board and Health Canada. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management from McMaster University and completed executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
