Melissa Ball

Melissa Ball is an experienced professional in the field of responsible gambling and social responsibility, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Responsible Gambling at iGaming Ontario since October 2021. Previously, Melissa held various senior roles at OLG from October 2012 to October 2021, including Senior Policy, Research, and Strategy Manager, and Senior Manager of Policy & Social Responsibility. Prior experience includes positions at Wilfrid Laurier University as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant and an analytical role at Statistics Canada. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
