Celerina Mercy Ojomo

Lady Celerina Mercy Ojomo (nee OTOBO) holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in French (1974) of the University of Ife and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin. She joined the services of the University of Benin on 20th August 1975, upon completion of the compulsory one year National Youth Service Scheme.
