Eleonora Mauro

Eleonora Mauro currently serves as Chief of Staff at IGD (Institute of Grocery Distribution) since July 2025, where the focus is on fostering collaboration within the food industry to promote a sustainable and resilient food system. Prior to this role, Eleonora worked at FareShare UK from October 2022 to July 2025, initially as CEO Office Manager and later as Project Officer, contributing to efforts in tackling food waste and supporting communities in need. Eleonora's earlier experience includes a position as a Nutrition Laboratory Technician at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, from February 2018 to October 2022. Eleonora holds a Master of Science in Food Policy from City St George’s, University of London (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nutrition from St Mary’s University, Twickenham (2014-2017).
