Marco Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as the Project- and Implementation Lead at igefa since August 2024, Marco oversees a new order management system implementation across more than 30 locations in Germany, Austria, and Poland. Prior roles include Site Leader and Head of Supplier Order Management North at BIRKENSTOCK, as well as Director of Network Planning & Logistic Operations at EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr Stiftung & Co. KG. Between April 2019 and December 2020, Marco held the position of Head of Supply Chain Management at Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG, following a significant tenure at Procter & Gamble, where various leadership roles encompassed capabilities in supply chain and demand planning. Marco holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Darmstadt, earned from 1993 to 1999.
