Dr. Aniruddha Roy

Dr. Aniruddha Roy has extensive work experience in the field of technology and business development. Dr. Aniruddha has held various senior roles in different companies, including Chief Technology Officer at Genesys International Corporation Ltd since 2015 and Vice President - Strategic Business Group (GIS) at Navayuga Group from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Esri India, where they held positions such as General Manager - Business Development, Head of Technology Services, National Product Manager, Project Manager - Internet Solutions, and National Training Manager from 1998 to 2008. Dr. Aniruddha also worked as a Group Consultant at NIIT Ltd. and as a Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Dr. Aniruddha started their career as a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.

Dr. Aniruddha Roy completed their M.Tech. in Earth Resources Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 1986 to 1989. Dr. Aniruddha then pursued a Ph.D. in Env. Sc. & Engg. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, from 1993 to 1998. In 1994, they obtained a CERG degree in Analysis and Management of Geological Risks from the University of Geneva. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Disaster Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
